So this all started because the other day I was thinking about where I was a few years ago.

You know, my life was, to be quite honest, spiraling.

Imagine juggling, being a mom while serving tirelessly on the board of three different nonprofits and also working night shift at hospital pharmacy.

I wasn't drinking enough water and definitely not getting enough sleep.

I was a total mess and although the work I was doing for nonprofits was noble and, to be quite honest, my work at the pharmacy was definitely fulfilling, it left me drained.

The scales were creeping up, I was gaining weight, my energy was going down, it was plummeting, and I remember looking into the mirror one morning and thinking this isn't sustainable.

It hit the hardest one morning after I came home from work and I saw the chaos in my home.
