We're getting to the root cause of why you're sick and addressing that at the genetic level.

00:01:59.379 --> 00:02:00.183
Listen in Welcome back Trailblazers.

00:02:00.183 --> 00:02:00.865
If you're new here, I'm Alicia.

00:02:00.865 --> 00:02:01.549
Today I'm hanging out with Dr.

00:02:01.549 --> 00:02:01.891
Tamar Lawful.

00:02:01.891 --> 00:02:03.197
It's so good to meet you and have you on the podcast.

00:02:03.197 --> 00:02:04.240
Thank you for having me here, Alicia.

00:02:04.240 --> 00:02:05.748
My pleasure, yeah, the pleasure is all mine.

00:02:05.748 --> 00:02:07.153
I'm so good to meet you and have you on the podcast.

00:02:07.153 --> 00:02:08.318
Thank you for having me here, Alicia.

00:02:08.318 --> 00:02:10.122
My pleasure, yeah, the pleasure is all mine.

00:02:10.122 --> 00:02:12.592
I'm super excited to dig into all the things that you do, because it's super interesting.

00:02:12.592 --> 00:02:16.748
So why don't you kick us off first by telling our audience a little bit about who you are and what you do?

00:02:17.400 --> 00:02:19.182
Well, I am a doctor of pharmacy.

00:02:19.182 --> 00:02:38.242
This is my 20th year as a pharmacist and not too long ago I started seeing the problems with pharmacy in the sense that what we were doing with giving people medications for their health was really just a bandaid, because we weren't really getting to the root cause of why they were sick and addressing that.

00:02:38.242 --> 00:02:38.784
But we were.

00:02:38.784 --> 00:02:46.401
I was really in the business of maintaining illness and just making sure that they didn't get too many adverse effects or side effects from these medications.

00:02:46.401 --> 00:03:10.461
So I decided to take a little pivot and actually work closer with patients on their nutrition and lifestyle, because in pharmacy school I know med school as well before they teach us about the medications for treatment, the first thing they teach us is focus on nutrition and lifestyle changes, and it's maybe like one sentence and then they go into the medications.

00:03:10.461 --> 00:03:16.364
So I was like wait a minute, let's go back to the beginning nutrition and lifestyle changes.

00:03:16.685 --> 00:03:31.552
So I went and studied integrative nutrition, so taking a holistic approach when it comes to food, what we put in our bodies is not just the literal food, but also we look at spirituality, we look at financial, we look at friendship relationships.

00:03:31.552 --> 00:03:34.426
A whole bunch of other things actually nurture us.

00:03:34.426 --> 00:03:50.448
And then I went a little bit further and discovered genetics, the science of nutrigenomics, which looks at how our food and environment affects our genetics and literally has the ability to turn on or off our genes that are coding for certain illnesses.

00:03:50.448 --> 00:04:05.645
So I decided to package all this the integrative nutrition and the science of nutrigenomics and develop a 90-day health coaching program where I work with women who primarily have prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol.

00:04:05.645 --> 00:04:09.811
They're suffering from menopause, fatigued, and they want to lose weight.

00:04:09.811 --> 00:04:17.117
We map their genetics through this genetic blueprint and use that as the guide as to what they're going to do to get healthy.

00:04:17.117 --> 00:04:19.002
Their genes are giving them the answer.

00:04:19.002 --> 00:04:21.649
So it's been very rewarding to do that.

00:04:22.029 --> 00:04:23.072
No doubt I mean okay.

00:04:23.072 --> 00:04:30.326
So now you all know why I thought that this was going to be such an interesting chat, because this is different than anything that I've ever heard before.

00:04:30.326 --> 00:04:32.086
So let's start at the beginning.

00:04:32.086 --> 00:04:35.348
What do you do to map the genes?

00:04:35.930 --> 00:04:36.492
Let's start there.

00:04:36.492 --> 00:04:42.110
It's a very simple test that we once a client orders a test, it goes to their home.

00:04:42.110 --> 00:04:46.142
It's a cheek swab, a cotton swab in each cheek.

00:04:46.142 --> 00:04:47.927
They put it in a container, ship it off Four weeks later.

00:04:47.927 --> 00:05:06.584
The lab they run, they do all the science-y stuff, run the lab work and the genetic and the DNA, and then I get a message on my platform saying hey, your patient's test is ready and I have this beautiful it's about 30 something pages of information for my clients.

00:05:06.584 --> 00:05:16.536
But it simplifies it so that I'm not overwhelmed they're not overwhelmed and literally breaks down the areas that are of highest impact on their health.

00:05:16.935 --> 00:05:27.761
Now, certain disease.

00:05:27.761 --> 00:05:31.870
But it's saying in our findings in your DNA tests, we see that you may have a high risk of inflammation based on how your genes are expressing right now.

00:05:31.870 --> 00:05:35.745
So as a result of inflammation, a lot can go on.

00:05:35.745 --> 00:05:37.190
It's natural for us to have inflammation.

00:05:37.190 --> 00:05:37.793
We get a cut.

00:05:37.793 --> 00:05:41.709
Our body responds by inflaming so that we can start healing.

00:05:41.709 --> 00:05:51.528
But when you're in a state of chronic inflammation, inflaming so that we can start healing, but when you're in a state of chronic inflammation, you're prone to a lot of diseases cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and it also affects the ability to lose weight.

00:05:51.528 --> 00:05:55.406
It's going to be very difficult to lose weight when you're in this high inflammatory space.

00:05:56.127 --> 00:05:59.880
So the DNA test might pinpoint that inflammation is a major issue for you.

00:05:59.880 --> 00:06:10.071
And then it's going to say these are the foods that you need to start incorporating into your diet, very specific foods, and then, in addition to that, these are the lifestyle changes you need.

00:06:10.071 --> 00:06:13.454
Perhaps try meditation, you need to work on stress relief.

00:06:13.454 --> 00:06:15.857
These type of activities will be best for you.

00:06:15.857 --> 00:06:27.884
Your body, genetically, is going to respond to certain exercises.

00:06:27.884 --> 00:06:29.346
For example, for me, I used to do high intensity workouts a lot.

00:06:29.346 --> 00:06:43.386
My genetic tests when that came about, I stopped doing it because I got to a point where I wasn't able to lose weight anymore doing these high intensity workouts, and the test explained why I had an issue with oxidative stress, which is, if you think of it, it's kind of like your cells are rusting.

00:06:44.007 --> 00:06:45.432
So you're going to have low energy.

00:06:45.432 --> 00:06:48.209
Your cells are not replenishing like they should.

00:06:48.209 --> 00:06:57.389
And then this high intensity workouts actually contributed further to my oxidative stress and that explained why I was so tired all the time.

00:06:57.389 --> 00:07:03.012
So this test was pretty much saying Pilates or swimming, that would be best for you.

00:07:03.012 --> 00:07:04.786
Your body's going to respond better to that.

00:07:04.786 --> 00:07:09.560
You're going to lose more weight focusing on that and your nutrition versus doing high intensity workouts.

00:07:09.560 --> 00:07:12.766
And so once I made that switch, I saw the results.

00:07:13.288 --> 00:07:14.290
That's amazing.

00:07:14.290 --> 00:07:16.533
That is really wild.

00:07:16.533 --> 00:07:17.622
I love it.

00:07:17.622 --> 00:07:20.728
So then, where do you come into play?

00:07:20.728 --> 00:07:22.874
Are you helping hold them accountable?

00:07:22.874 --> 00:07:26.266
What does it look like to have you as kind of the coach along the way?

00:07:26.687 --> 00:07:34.838
So, during that time I'm already coaching them in a group coaching setting to work on their nutrition, work on their mindset.

00:07:34.838 --> 00:07:42.605
The mindset is the first thing I focus on for the first two weeks and because a lot of us have these self-limited beliefs that we're not capable of making changes.

00:07:42.605 --> 00:07:48.946
And while mom had diabetes, dad had diabetes, my grandfather had diabetes, so I'm just stuck with it.

00:07:48.946 --> 00:08:01.442
So getting that out of their mind is very important to lay the foundation so that they can start making these changes in their lives and implementing the new habits that they're about to learn, that they need to make when their genetic test comes in.

00:08:01.442 --> 00:08:03.526
So the first two weeks, mindset.

00:08:03.526 --> 00:08:08.024
Week three to four, we're establishing sleep habits All in the mix.

00:08:08.024 --> 00:08:15.884
I'm teaching them the foundations of healthy nutrition so that by the time their test comes and really tells them specifically what they need to eat, they're ready to do it.

00:08:15.884 --> 00:08:18.466
Our group coaching sessions yes, accountability.

00:08:18.466 --> 00:08:19.891
They get reminders.

00:08:19.891 --> 00:08:21.906
We meet once a week for one hour.

00:08:21.906 --> 00:08:26.007
In between our sessions they're able to communicate with me.

00:08:26.007 --> 00:08:28.108
If they have questions they can ask questions.

00:08:28.721 --> 00:08:38.386
I always like to tell the story of one client who was in a grocery store and I teach my clients to shop the perimeter of the store, because, if you notice, that's where all the healthy food is.

00:08:38.386 --> 00:08:40.527
All the natural whole foods are.

00:08:40.527 --> 00:08:43.889
Shop the perimeter, in the middles, where you have more of the processed foods.

00:08:43.889 --> 00:08:52.102
Well, she caught herself in the middle shopping for keto bars and sent me a picture while she was shopping and said, hey, should I, is this good for me?

00:08:52.102 --> 00:08:56.030
Should I try this keto bar because it's low carbs, zero carbs?

00:08:56.030 --> 00:08:58.899
And I said you're not on keto.

00:08:58.899 --> 00:09:03.913
Look on the ingredients and then let me know if you should take this Cause.

00:09:03.952 --> 00:09:07.169
I talk about reading ingredient labels and everything like that.

00:09:07.169 --> 00:09:08.595
And she saw the fat content.

00:09:08.595 --> 00:09:20.606
And I don't teach any one particular type of nutrition, I just teach eating whole foods, because when we eat whole foods, natural foods, our body naturally tells us when we're full and it also helps curb cravings.

00:09:20.606 --> 00:09:24.149
You don't have cravings like you normally do when you eat processed foods.

00:09:24.149 --> 00:09:32.913
So she read the ingredient label and said, oh, okay, nevermind, I know the answer, I'll put it back and I'll go to the perimeter, like I'm supposed to.

00:09:32.913 --> 00:09:40.976
So interactions like that if they feel like maybe they are having cravings, they don't know what to do, I'm easily accessible.

00:09:40.976 --> 00:09:42.717
They can message me.

00:09:42.717 --> 00:09:48.801
I have certain hours between which they can do that, and they can message me and my team and we respond back to them.

00:09:48.801 --> 00:09:53.802
So they described as being fun and I'm really just there to support them and hold them accountable.

00:09:54.865 --> 00:10:00.688
I love it and I think that having that sense of community is also so important in something like this.

00:10:00.688 --> 00:10:05.692
You know when you're feeling the weakness, you not only have the accountability of you.

00:10:05.692 --> 00:10:20.120
You know saying like, hey, are you in the perimeter, are you like in the middle, where you know all the things that aren't good for you are, but you also have the group of people who are going through the same things like that, are fighting the same battles and having the same thoughts, or you know.

00:10:20.120 --> 00:10:26.219
I think I love that you said that the first two weeks really focus on mindset, because I think that that's probably the biggest battle.

00:10:26.219 --> 00:10:28.649
So going through that with someone else, that's a huge deal.

00:10:28.649 --> 00:10:33.142
What has been one of your really proud moments as a coach?

00:10:33.423 --> 00:10:34.065
what am I proud?

00:10:34.065 --> 00:10:35.688
Actually, something happened recently.

00:10:35.688 --> 00:10:38.976
I have a client who has autoimmune disease.

00:10:38.976 --> 00:10:48.932
So she came to me because she's on all the medications for autoimmune disease and it's affecting her appetite and she at the same time she wants to lose weight.

00:10:48.932 --> 00:10:54.418
So, interestingly, she's not eating but she's not losing weight either, she's actually gaining weight.

00:10:54.418 --> 00:10:58.210
So one education wise to explain why that happens.

00:10:58.210 --> 00:11:01.927
Where our our body yes, we might, we're starving ourselves.

00:11:01.927 --> 00:11:09.234
Our body is actually in defense mode and protection mode, hold on to everything because it needs to survive and it knows that.

00:11:09.234 --> 00:11:12.607
So eating less is not necessary to answer for weight loss, for one.

00:11:12.607 --> 00:11:13.850
But also.

00:11:14.191 --> 00:11:22.615
Her goal was to improve her autoimmune disease and her inflammatory markers that the doctors look at to determine how well the medications are working.

00:11:22.615 --> 00:11:31.248
So she started with me in January, february of this year and she had shown me her lab work for the past two years and those inflammatory markers.

00:11:31.248 --> 00:11:35.258
It was just going up, up, up, up a steep hill up those levels.

00:11:35.258 --> 00:11:44.750
So in May she did a test to check the inflammatory markers and it was down like a steep hill down.

00:11:44.750 --> 00:12:04.619
So after two years it finally started going in the right direction when she started working with me and joined my program and in addition to that, her weight actually started going down and I worked with her to eat a certain way so her appetite, her metabolism, will increase to kind of counteract the side effects of the medications, because it was the medication that was causing her decreased appetite.

00:12:04.619 --> 00:12:15.937
So helping her learn what she needed to do to increase her metabolism so she can start eating more, and then learning we focused on her DNA test really did pinpoint the inflammation part.

00:12:15.937 --> 00:12:28.591
I explained to her how her genes are actually working against her for inflammation and then with the genetic test results we can see what dietary changes she needed to make to kick that back into action.

00:12:28.591 --> 00:12:31.525
So I was so proud because she did the work.

00:12:31.667 --> 00:12:39.075
If she didn't make those changes in her dietary, in addition to like walking and exercising, she wouldn't have had those test results.

00:12:39.075 --> 00:12:44.815
So those kinds of moments make me very proud, because I'm only here to explain, to educate and to guide.

00:12:44.815 --> 00:12:58.216
But the work, the true work, is up to that individual that I'm working with and that's why I call them my clients, not my patients, because when someone thinks that they're a patient, it's my responsibility to make them better, right.

00:12:58.216 --> 00:13:02.734
But when they're a client, that accountability is on them and I'm here to hold your hand.

00:13:02.734 --> 00:13:03.416
I'm here to guide you.

00:13:03.416 --> 00:13:08.017
I'm here to edge as a pharmacist, I'm here to educate you about your medications, about your disease state.

00:13:08.017 --> 00:13:11.729
But it's up to you to do the work if you want those results.

00:13:11.729 --> 00:13:13.491
And I'm so proud of her.

00:13:13.491 --> 00:13:14.253
She did it.

00:13:14.712 --> 00:13:16.995
Yeah, that's so awesome, I love it.

00:13:16.995 --> 00:13:21.181
So what are you doing to reach out to potential clients, ben?

00:13:21.784 --> 00:13:27.535
You know I've been in the business for four years, so originally the first three years I did social media.

00:13:27.535 --> 00:13:30.052
Tiktok was very easy.

00:13:30.052 --> 00:13:34.375
I made posts on TikTok and people will contact me through there.

00:13:34.375 --> 00:13:45.746
This year I decided to reach out more to the community and especially with these weight loss drugs that are out the injectable medications, I decided to go to weight loss clinics.

00:13:46.609 --> 00:14:05.227
So I'm talking to doctors, nurse practitioners at these weight loss clinics and what I found in conversating with them is one of them she actually said I feel guilty because I know they need to really focus on their nutrition and I don't have time to to talk to my patients about their nutrition.

00:14:05.227 --> 00:14:14.873
So she said a program like mine was ideal because I can pick up where they're not able to really spend that time on nutrition with their patients.

00:14:14.873 --> 00:14:26.524
So I've started doing outreach to the medical weight loss clinics in the area even medical spas weight loss, you know where they offer the freezing, bio-freezing and all that kind of stuff.

00:14:26.524 --> 00:14:29.965
So anywhere that focuses on weight loss, I started reaching out to them.

00:14:29.965 --> 00:14:33.741
I've done in-person presentations to their patients and their clients.

00:14:33.741 --> 00:14:41.086
So this year was a year of putting a face to the business and actually seeing people in person and it's completely enjoyable.

00:14:41.086 --> 00:14:50.249
And, in addition to that, really getting to know the people in my immediate community versus just the online community, and it's very enjoyable and rewarding.

00:14:50.789 --> 00:14:51.451
That's fun.

00:14:51.451 --> 00:14:56.004
To really be boots on the ground and working with people in your area.

00:14:56.004 --> 00:14:56.845
That's super fun.

00:14:56.845 --> 00:14:58.369
I mean, tiktok is fun too.

00:14:58.369 --> 00:15:06.881
Right, technology is cool because we get to do things like this, but it is cool to see the work that you do come alive in your local community.

00:15:06.881 --> 00:15:09.265
Did you see some results from that?

00:15:09.265 --> 00:15:11.389
Have you found that to be fruitful?

00:15:11.870 --> 00:15:27.029
Yes, I've gotten some clients from the clinics, and another thing I offer, in addition to having a health coaching program, is actually a training program for health care practitioners and how they can do what I do.

00:15:27.029 --> 00:15:28.732
So a lot of them because they don't have the time to do the health coaching.

00:15:28.732 --> 00:15:32.160
I'm actually able to license out my program to them so they can enroll their clients into my digital program.

00:15:32.701 --> 00:15:38.933
Yeah, I could see that being an attractive offer for places like that, right?

00:15:38.933 --> 00:15:42.173
So it's not like let me come talk to your people, I'll steal them away from you.

00:15:42.173 --> 00:15:47.552
It's let me come talk to your people, I'll help you, help them and make your life easier.

00:15:47.552 --> 00:15:48.784
So that's awesome.

00:15:48.784 --> 00:15:50.447
I love that you positioned it like that.

00:15:50.447 --> 00:15:52.284
What do you want to grow this into?

00:15:52.284 --> 00:15:52.967
What's next for you?

00:15:53.961 --> 00:15:55.379
Oh, that's a good question, alicia.

00:15:55.921 --> 00:16:03.674
What I want to do is have more pharmacists educated on nutrigenomics and also training on health coaching.

00:16:04.061 --> 00:16:15.594
We're trained to a certain extent on how to do motivational interviewing, but health coaching is a whole nother aspect, because you you're motivating people to change, to make lifelong changes.

00:16:16.340 --> 00:16:26.206
So I do have a program called Raise the Script for pharmacists and other health care practitioners who want to do what I'm doing, who want to have the type of practices I have, want to do what I'm doing, who want to have the type of practices I have.

00:16:26.206 --> 00:16:32.429
But ultimately what I see is bringing in those pharmacists and practitioners, training them.

00:16:32.429 --> 00:17:05.990
I have a very specific protocol that I use with my clients, training those pharmacists to be part of my team so they learn that protocol and I envision it as a staffing agency for health coaching pharmacists, because I would like us to go out in the community, I would like us to be in doctor's offices, I would like us to be at the weight loss clinics, where we're picking up the other half that the doctors and nurse practitioners aren't able to do, where we can do more of that coaching with the nutrition and medications with those patients, using the protocol that I have.

00:17:06.290 --> 00:17:06.873
I love that.

00:17:06.873 --> 00:17:08.005
I think that's awesome.

00:17:08.005 --> 00:17:17.691
Now, does that look like a course format or is that something that you're training them in, almost like a group coaching setting as well?

00:17:18.119 --> 00:17:20.409
Right now I have it set up as a group coaching setting.

00:17:20.409 --> 00:17:21.865
So that's 90 days as well.

00:17:21.865 --> 00:17:24.279
I have a 90 day roadmap from day one to 90.

00:17:24.279 --> 00:17:30.010
There's action steps they have to do every single day so that by day 90, they are they're doing it.

00:17:30.010 --> 00:17:33.503
You know they have the clients they're actively coaching.

00:17:34.486 --> 00:17:38.032
That's an interesting second vertical in your business.

00:17:38.032 --> 00:17:38.574
I love it.

00:17:38.574 --> 00:17:44.051
Are you focused mostly locally on that or have you branched out?

00:17:44.661 --> 00:17:45.486
I've branched out online.

00:17:45.486 --> 00:17:48.702
I do LinkedIn to capture the healthcare practitioners.

00:17:48.702 --> 00:17:52.535
I've had clients in different states all over the country.

00:17:52.535 --> 00:17:55.002
Yeah, the same thing with health coaching.

00:17:55.002 --> 00:17:57.269
I've had clients all over the country with health coaching as well.

00:17:57.819 --> 00:18:05.804
Yeah, so okay, before they get to you and let's say like right away they come into your world, they're not really ready to raise their hand yet.

00:18:05.804 --> 00:18:10.673
Are you putting them in a community where they can connect with you?

00:18:10.673 --> 00:18:14.765
That's like a free place to connect, or what does that piece look like?

00:18:15.287 --> 00:18:15.990
yeah, I did.

00:18:15.990 --> 00:18:21.892
Last year I did have a Facebook group for the healthcare practitioners and pharmacists, but it was a lot to keep up with.

00:18:21.892 --> 00:18:37.290
So because I was using LinkedIn already and a lot of them already followed me on LinkedIn and so I felt like I was just duplicating the information, so I decided to actually end it a few months ago and I just focused strictly on LinkedIn at this time.

00:18:37.960 --> 00:18:53.161
Yeah, I can see what you mean there and there are lots of different ways to run a Facebook group and if you're just putting the same content like on both, I could see definitely where that would be like it feels redundant and like I'm just creating more work for myself.

00:18:53.161 --> 00:18:55.306
Do you feel like your engagement?

00:18:55.306 --> 00:19:00.546
I'm just curious about this because I know I've gotten mixed feedback from people with LinkedIn.

00:19:00.546 --> 00:19:08.393
Do you feel like your engagement is like high on LinkedIn or is it you just putting out a lot of content and not like a lot of engagement?

00:19:08.393 --> 00:19:18.064
Because I've gotten some people that are like yeah, I have a super engaged following on LinkedIn and some people are like well, I have a big following and they read my stuff, but they don't really say anything back.

00:19:18.064 --> 00:19:19.971
What's your experience been?

00:19:20.132 --> 00:19:23.542
I would say, in comparing to my following and the engagement, it's not.

00:19:23.542 --> 00:19:24.945
The engagement is not there.

00:19:24.945 --> 00:19:30.123
Maybe on average, six people engage on each post.

00:19:30.123 --> 00:19:32.727
You know, on a good day maybe 10.

00:19:32.727 --> 00:19:40.028
But with each post I am getting more followers, so people are seeing the content.

00:19:40.028 --> 00:19:43.961
So I noticed that with every post I do get more followers on LinkedIn.

00:19:43.961 --> 00:19:47.351
Same thing with TikTok with every post you get more followers.

00:19:47.351 --> 00:19:53.304
Right, but Facebook it's crickets.

00:19:53.324 --> 00:19:55.009
And I've been struggling with Facebook, so that's why I backed off of it.

00:19:55.009 --> 00:20:04.198
Okay, so yeah, thanks for answering and satisfying my curiosity there, because, yeah, it seems like people are on LinkedIn but they're not focal, I guess, on LinkedIn.

00:20:04.198 --> 00:20:07.288
Right, they're there, they're reading, they're obviously following.

00:20:07.288 --> 00:20:22.516
If they're reading your stuff and then following along or watching your videos and then following along, they're seeing it, but there's not like that two-way street and that's where I think that a Facebook group can still come into play, like having that community vibe.

00:20:22.516 --> 00:20:24.541
Yeah, very interesting.

00:20:24.884 --> 00:20:31.509
Yeah, the Facebook group wasn't interacting at all it wasn't no, not even the group, not even the group, but linkedin.

00:20:31.528 --> 00:20:36.609
They were interacting and to a certain extent I feel like linkedin because it's a professional platform.

00:20:36.609 --> 00:20:37.595
Some people are hesitant.

00:20:37.595 --> 00:20:48.307
I've had people come into my dms and say, oh, I really like your post, but I'm afraid to put my name associated with it because, think about, I am a pharmacist talking about people getting people off medications.

00:20:48.327 --> 00:21:05.641
Yeah, yeah you know, people are doing things differently and I also have a podcast called pivoting pharmacy with nutrigenomics, so I get a lot of traction through that as well, and I post my podcast episodes on LinkedIn and so I get a lot of interaction for those.

00:21:05.641 --> 00:21:12.777
But yeah, I've had people come and send me messages like I really like your post and I agree with you, but I'm afraid to put my name with that.

00:21:13.298 --> 00:21:33.923
Yeah, Now that makes sense because it's like, well, if they don't own their job, then that can look a little bit threatening, I suppose, especially because we're trained to think of LinkedIn as not really a social platform, but it's a an employment associated platform where we go to connect with other people in career field.

00:21:33.923 --> 00:21:40.123
So I can see that being beneficial for you to connect with people there, but that that is interesting.

00:21:40.123 --> 00:21:45.382
Okay, so I know people are going to be so curious about everything that we've talked about here today.

00:21:45.382 --> 00:21:52.246
Like I said, it's so much different than anything else that I've heard other people doing in this field.

00:21:52.246 --> 00:21:55.500
So tell people where they can go if they want to connect with you next.

00:21:55.500 --> 00:21:59.471
I know we've talked about LinkedIn and Facebook and all the things, but tell them where they can go next.
